OFFICERS are appealing for witnesses after several cars in the Huntly area were vandalised.
It is understood the incidents happened in the early hours of Sunday, 19 November, and officers would like to hear from anyone who saw anything unusual or suspicious or has any knowledge.
Police Scotland has received numerous reports of damage to car wing mirrors, with 5 vehicles believed to have been damaged to date in the Clashmach Drive and Scott Drive areas of Huntly.
Police Constable Joe Hargreaves said: "We are asking the public in the area to check their vehicles for any damage that could have been caused and for them to report it to us. If anyone saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around 2.30am on Sunday, November 19, I would urge them to contact us."
